THE SIGNAL
Graham Peddie
Principal & Founder
Graham built and ran some of the most demanding creative operations in North America — over 100 VFX credits delivered for clients including Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm and Netflix, at scale and under pressure. He's supervised cross-site teams of 450+ artists across international locations, with full operational accountability spanning production, sales, business strategy, technology, finance, HR, pipeline and recruitment.
The work spans four domains: ethical AI adoption for businesses navigating the transition, media and entertainment strategy for producers and studios operating in a restructured landscape, business transformation for organizations at inflection points, and VFX studio build-out for teams that need to compete in a leaner market.
He leads every Frame & Circuit engagement personally, drawing on that same operational depth, whichever practice area it's in. The methodology is consistent: start with a clear diagnosis, build a strategy that fits the specific context, and stay engaged until the change is embedded.
THE METHODOLOGY
How the work gets done.
Diagnosis before prescription
Every engagement begins with a structured discovery process. The goal is to understand what is actually happening — not to confirm a pre-existing hypothesis.
Strategy that fits
There are no off-the-shelf frameworks here. The right strategy is the one that fits your industry, your risk tolerance, your team, and your moment.
Execution is the work
A plan that sits in a deck is not a strategy. The engagement is complete when the change is embedded and the organization can sustain it independently.
Direct counsel
Frame & Circuit is not a large firm. Every engagement is led by Graham Peddie directly — no handoffs, no junior analysts, no diluted advice.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Four domains.
One methodology.
